Western Nebraska Community College baseball coach Mike Jones, his staff and players will be hosting a competitive hitting league for five weeks this January and February at their indoor hitting facility at Comm Shop #6, located just south of East Overland on 2nd Avenue in Scottsbluff.
The league is designed for baseball players, ages 10-18, to work on their skills and have some fun competing against their friends. Teams will be comprised of three players each and will play one game per week for five weeks beginning on Tuesday, Jan. 25.
The leagues will be limited to 12 teams or 36 players. if you do not have a team you will be placed on one. The cost per player is $50. Instruction and feedback will be given to help make the players better hitters as well.
